1. Scope

These terms govern use of Apprise News' internal admin dashboard (admin.apprise.news) and the automated pipeline services that support it. Apprise News is operated by Bridges AI Consulting and is provided exclusively to authorized newsroom staff and approved third-party operators.

2. Authorized use

Access to the admin is granted by invitation. Each user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and the actions taken under their account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

3. Content sources

The pipeline ingests, transforms, and publishes news content under the rights granted by the Associated Press Media license and other content providers. Users agree to honor the editorial and distribution restrictions of each source.

4. Third-party integrations

Apprise integrates with the Google YouTube Data API, HeyGen, Postiz, the Associated Press Media API, and other services to operate the pipeline. Use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms; staff and operators are expected to comply with them.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to access data, accounts, or systems beyond the privileges granted.
No use of the system to publish content that violates the editorial standards of the source.
No use of the system to harass, defame, or harm any individual or group.

6. No warranty

The admin is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. Bridges AI Consulting disclaims any implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the system evolves. Material changes will be communicated to staff via the admin or by email.
