Apprise News

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Apprise News is an internal newsroom tool operated by Bridges AI Consulting. The admin dashboard (admin.apprise.news) is used by Apprise editorial and operations staff to manage AP Media articles, generate AI video segments, and publish to social channels. It is not a public consumer product; access is restricted to authorized accounts.

2. What we collect

3. How we use Google account data

Apprise uses Google OAuth in two ways:

Apprise's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data retention

Account information persists for as long as the staff member retains access. Pipeline event logs are retained for operational debugging and rotated as part of normal database hygiene. Refresh tokens for YouTube access are stored on the application server as secrets and can be revoked at any time from the channel owner's Google account permissions page.

5. Who we share data with

Apprise does not sell or share personal information with advertisers. Data is processed inside our own infrastructure and the third-party APIs listed above strictly to deliver the news pipeline.

6. Security

Apprise enforces TLS for all transport, role-based access control for staff actions, and stores API credentials as environment secrets. Access to the underlying databases is restricted to authorized operators.

7. Contact
